The rest of our motly fleet!
As
mentioned earlier in the site, we will be commencing
our adventure with some stalwart friends as
a mini-flotilla. Here they are in alphabetical
order:
Sharon
and Ben Birdwell, and their trusty 34' Mainship
"Last Dragon". will accompany us to Florida,
and spend the winter there as well. Travelling
"together" does not mean we are "glued
together" at all stops, but rather means
that we are generally on a similar agenda and
in communications with each other.
 Here
is a picture of the Birdwell's pretty "Last
Dragon" under full Perkins power.
Bill
and Nancie Rogers, who joined the Power Squadron
at the same time we did, intend to take their
40' Marine Trader and do the full Loop at the
same time we do. We will loosely travel
together, with variances in stops to suit each
ones individual preferences.
 Here
is a picture of the Rogers' pretty "Wautaga" under full Lehman power.
Ray
West
and Delila Callahan who joined the Power Squadron
this past month, intend to take their
50' Louisiana Shrimp boat (Valmont Landry Shipyard) and generally
accompany us up to the New York area, and then
they plan to cruise the Grand Banks of Nova
Scotia and then return.. We will loosely travel
together, with variances in stops to suit each
ones individual preferences.
